Egg White Salad Wrap (Made with Trader Joe’s Egg Salad)

This recipe is inspired from recipe tips that 20/20 Lifestyles nutrition specialists provided but I modified it to fit to my taste. Dirt easy to make (because you are buying the damn egg salad… While I usually look down on store-bought items, this one is so freaking good that I can’t get enough of it. And I am not even a Trader Joe’s loyalists or an egg salad lover).

Egg Salad Wrap (20/20 compatible)

Ingredients

  • 1 container of Trader Joe’s Egg White Salad with Chives
  • 1 FlatOut Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 3-4 slices of tomato
  • 1 oz low-fat cheese (Trader Joe’s celtic cheddar for example) slice

Broil the tortilla on each side for 30 seconds (optional). Lay the tortilla on the plate. Spread the lettuce evenly. Then spread the entire container of egg white salad from Trader Joe’s. Top with tomatoes and the slices of cheese. This is one of the most delicious 4- minute assembly foods I’ve ever tasted.
